Job summary

BT Group in Bengaluru is seeking an Associate Engineer MEAS to support engineering enablement by delivering analyses and executing programmes that enhance customer facing engineering capabilities. You will analyze field engineering competencies, monitor deployment of tools and collate data on escalations to identify root causes and preventative measures.

You will help drive efficiency savings and support targets for performance, quality and continuous improvement.

About the role

The Advanced Engineering Enablement Advisor 4 delivers analysis, executes activities and programmes that enhance customer facing engineering capabilities.

What you’ll be doing

1. Undertakes analysis of field engineering competencies, efficiency and cost effectiveness, delivering recommendations that enhance network planning.


2. Monitors and supports the deployment of tools that enable engineering teams to continue building and innovating.


3. Collates data and information regarding customer escalations, developing an analysis into root causes of issues, supporting future preventative measures.


4. Supports efficiency savings and identifies local targets for performance in output and quality to ensure an environment of continuous improvement is instilled in the team.


5. Executes tactical project plans across product and service groups meeting time, cost and quality targets.


6. Executes and delivers within standardised procedures in order to achieve objectives and the vision of Engineering Enablement.
