Job summary

Agivant Technologies India Private Limited is seeking Associate Engineers for an early-career path to build strong engineering fundamentals and grow into specialized roles across AI, Graph Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Quality Engineering, Cloud and Full Stack Engineering.

You will work with experienced teams on real-world projects, with structured learning, hands-on assignments, and practical engineering experience, developing skills in Git, testing, CI/CD, and problem solving.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech. in CSE/IT/ISE/CE or AI/ML/DS or related engineering fields.
• Graduating in 2025 or 2026 with strong programming fundamentals.
• CGPA ≥ 8.0 in 10th, 12th and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-first applications and workflows to solve real-world business problems.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software solutions with guidance.
• Apply programming, data structures & algorithms, and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

We are looking for Associate Engineers who are curious, analytical, and passionate about technology. This is an earlycareer opportunity for candidates who want to build strong engineering fundamentals and grow into specializedtechnology roles across AI Engineering, Graph Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, QualityEngineering, Cloud & Infrastructure, DevOps, Build Engineering, and Full Stack Engineering. You will work with experienced engineering teams, contribute to real-world projects, and develop your skills throughstructured learning, hands‑on assignments, and practical engineering experience. You do not need to know every technology listed below. We are looking for strong fundamentals, learning ability, andthe potential to grow.

• Build AI-first, agentic applications and workflows using modern AI technologies and frameworks to solve realworld business problems.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software solutions under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Apply programming, Data Structures & Algorithms, and problem-solving skills to engineering challenges.
• Work with databases, SQL, APIs, and software development tools.
• Contribute to applications, automation, utilities, and proof-of-concepts.
• Gain exposure to Data Engineering, Full Stack Engineering, Quality Engineering, AI/GenAI, and Cloud Engineering.
• Learn and apply engineering practices such as Git, testing, debugging, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build, improve, and maintain solutions.

Requirements

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Proficient in Data Structures & Algorithms and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Proficient in Concepts of Knowledge Graph as Data Structures.
• Good logical reasoning, analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Familiarity with Git or version control.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and explain project work clearly.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to any of the following will be an advantage, but none of these are mandatory: Web development, REST APIs, or backend development.
• SQL databases, data engineering, or data pipelines.
• Software testing, API testing, or test automation.
• AI/ML, Generative AI, or LLM-based applications.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Linux, Docker, CI/CD, or DevOps fundamentals.
• Hackathons, coding platforms, open-source contributions, or relevant technical projects.

Education & Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Information Science & Engineering (ISE), Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Artificial Intelligence& Machine Learning (AI/ML), Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (AI & DS), Data Science, or other closely relatedengineering disciplines.
• 2025 and 2026 graduating batches.
• Minimum 8.0 CGPA or equivalent percentage in 10th, 12th, and Engineering.
• Minimum one relevant internship in software development, data, AI/ML, QA, cloud, or a related technology role.
• Strong programming fundamentals in at least one programming language.
• Basic understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms, OOP, and SQL.
• Good written and verbal communication skills. EEE candidates may also be considered based on strong programming and software engineering fundamentals.
