Job summary

Quantiphi is seeking an Associate Engagement Manager in Mumbai/Bangalore to drive delivery of advanced ML, software development and data analytics solutions for key customers. You will interpret data to improve business processes and influence decisions, while leading teams and managing client expectations.

The role requires 6-8 years of experience in software product development management, strong communication, and proactive risk management, with cloud/analytics exposure as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project and be the key liaison for requirement gathering, problem definition and creation of user stories.
• Apply the right analysis frameworks to develop creative solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Plan and execute both short-term and long-range projects and manage teamwork and client expectations.
• Create business requirement documents, user training manuals, and requirement traceability matrices.
• Challenge and inspire customers and peers to solve difficult problems with ambitious solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define point of view and create presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
