Job summary

Adler Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd in Pune seeks an experienced electrical project leader to drive the electrical discipline on projects, owning client relationships and delivering innovative design solutions on time and within budget.

You will mentor engineers and technicians, supervise workload and resources, conduct design and site reviews, and ensure compliance with Indian Standards and Codes. A hands-on, domain-expert approach is essential to meet sustainability and net-zero targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical discipline on projects on behalf of the group (operating as Job or Project Leader as appropriate), taking ownership for sustained and productive client relationships.
• Communicating directly with Clients, offering innovative design solutions and managing expectations. Further developing relationships with existing and new clients including contractors, architects and developers.
• Preparing technical and financial proposals for new work.
• Managing workload of engineers and technicians
• Monitor financial performance of jobs as well as setting up and managing job/project administrative systems, including planning and monitoring job resourcing/expenditure.
• Undertake project technical/quality reviews and attend design reviews for projects. Undertake site visits as needed for the smooth operation of the project(s).
• Continually ensuring that practices, policies, strategy and services represent the clients best interests and that policy is in keeping with current legislation, Indian Standards and Codes of Practice.
• Having a hands-on approach to all technical aspects of this role and being a domain expert to your team.
• Embracing technologies to improve performance and sustainability to meet to net zero targets by 2030.
• Ensuring projects are carried out to an excellent standard, within agreed deadlines and budget.
• Actively engage with colleagues across disciplines, in group discussions and at events and seminars.
• Autonomously represents to clients, architects and collaborators.
