Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a senior Enterprise Architect to define and drive solution architecture for large-scale Java applications. This role focuses on microservices, API design, and modern distributed systems.

You will lead AI-enabled enterprise projects leveraging Palantir Foundry/AIP, Ontology, and Workshop, while guiding teams through cloud-native deployments on AWS/Azure. Ideal candidates have 13+ years of experience, strong leadership, and a track record of transforming monoliths

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 13+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise architecture.
• Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Java applications.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience with microservices architecture and modern distributed systems.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry, Palantir AIP, Ontology, and Workshop.
• Experience architecting AI-powered enterprise applications using Palantir and related AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and AI workflow architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain solution architecture, technical standards, and roadmaps for enterprise apps.

• Architect and develop cloud-native enterprise solutions using Java, Spring Boot, containers, and modern deployment patterns.
