Role Highlights & Key Responsibilities

As an Associate in the Disputes practice, you will be deeply involved in end-to-end litigation and dispute resolution matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting extensive legal research and case-law analysis across complex procedural and substantive law topics.
• Drafting high-quality pleadings, legal notices, petitions, affidavits, and key legal documentation.
• Assisting senior lawyers and partners in preparing case strategy and managing active disputes.
• Directly liaising with clients, providing regular updates, and managing assigned client matters.
• Taking full ownership of assigned legal mandates from inception through resolution.

Eligibility & Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in dispute resolution/litigation.
• Language Requirement: Full proficiency in Tamil is mandatory due to local court and client requirements.
• Mindset: Genuine curiosity about law, disputes practice, and a strong eagerness to continuously learn and refine legal skills.
