A leading global real estate services firm is seeking an Associate Director - Technical Services in Gurugram, India. This role involves leading technical operations across multiple sites while ensuring compliance and optimizing costs. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical or mechanical expertise with 12–18 years of experience in facilities or property management. The Associate Director – Technical will lead and govern end-to-end technical operations across the India portfolio, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-availability management of MEP systems and building infrastructure. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, vendor governance, energy efficiency, and cost optimization across multiple sites, while building and mentoring strong Pan-India technical teams.
The Technical Head will lead the end-to-end technical operations for all sites across India, ensuring reliable, compliant, and cost-efficient functioning of MEP systems and overall building infrastructure. The role requires strong technical expertise, vendor management capability, regulatory understanding, and the ability to drive standardization and continuous improvement across sites.
