Job summary

KPMG Global Services in Gurgaon is seeking a senior professional with 8–12 years of experience in structured finance to lead and execute engagements across CMBS, CLO, CDO, MBS and ABS. You will review credit payments and loan documentation, build cash flow models, and ensure compliance with financing agreements while leveraging AI-enabled tools to optimise workflows.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of related working experience in structured finance domain.

Responsibilities

• Operate on engagements related to CMBS, CLO, CDO, MBS and ABS.
• Review credit payments and loan documents to verify accuracy; prepare and review agreed-upon procedures reports and working papers.
• Review and develop financial cash flow models including MBS/ABS, CDO, CLO, CMBS.
• Develop and model complex financial structures and cash flows, including waterfalls and interest calculations.
• Perform compliance testing related to client financing agreements with banks, regulators, and investors.
• Utilize technology and AI-enabled tools to automate workflows.
• Manage and staff deal workflow for team members preparing documentation and deliverables for clients.
• Contribute to growth strategy and build scalable teams across markets/products.
• Oversee recruitment, learning and development and performance management.

Roles & responsibilities

• Operate on engagements related to commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), collateralized loan obligations (CLO), collateralized debt obligation (CDO), mortgage-backed securities (MBS) and asset-backed securities (ABS)
• Review credit payments and loan documentation to verify accuracy; prepare and review client deliverables (agreed-upon procedures report) and working papers supporting our findings
• Review, validate, and develop financial cash flow models including mortgage (MBS) and asset-backed securities (ABS), collateralized debt obligation (CDO), collateralized loan obligations (CLO), and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS)
• Develop and model complex financial structures such as reverse engineering of cash flow, waterfall payments, including payment rules, interest calculations and trigger effects
• Perform compliance testing related to various client financing agreements with investment banks, securities issuers, regulators, government agencies, and investors
• Utilize technology as well as AI-enabled tools to improve automation efforts and improve workflows
• Manage and staff deal workflow to team members preparing various documentation and final deliverables internally and to clients
• Contribute to and execute the growth strategy of the team(s) including markets / products to be addressed, and create skill sets and structures / org. to facilitate the growth and scalability
• Look after recruitment, learning and development and performance management
