Role Summary (JD Overview)

The Head – Corporate Partnerships will be responsible for building and scaling corporate hiring associations under the Hire–Train–Deploy (HTD) model. This is a revenue-driven leadership role focused on Zero Hiring Cost / Placement-Linked hiring solutions for BFSI, IT/BPO, MNCs, and Retail enterprises.

The role demands strong enterprise selling capability, senior-level stakeholder engagement, and the ability to build long‑term hiring pipelines, not just transactional closures.

Primary Responsibility

  • Acquire and onboard corporate clients for HTD hiring programs (Zero Hiring Cost / Placement-Linked).
  • Establish long‑term manpower partnerships aligned to clients’ workforce planning.
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
  • Generate and convert corporate leads across BFSI, NBFCs, IT/BPO, MNCs, Retail & Large Enterprises.
  • Pitch the HTD hiring model to CHROs, TA Heads, HR Directors, and Business Heads.
  • Close Hiring Associations, MoUs, and commercials.
  • Drive recurring billing through structured hiring pipelines.
Stakeholder & Partnership Management
  • Act as the single point of contact for enterprise hiring partnerships.
Internal Coordination
  • Work closely with sourcing, training, and operations teams.
  • Ensure client requirements are translated into training & deployment plans.
  • Monitor hiring performance, onboarding timelines, and delivery commitments.

Billing Targets

Activity-Based KPIs

  • 15–20 qualified corporate meetings per month.
  • 4–6 new hiring associations per month.
Ideal Candidate Profile (Must-Have)
  • 8+ years in BFSI hiring, bank channel sales, NBFC partnerships, or enterprise staffing.
  • Proven experience in Staffing, RPO, Manpower Outsourcing, or Skill Development.
  • Strong exposure to selling hiring solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience handling Pan-India corporate clients.
Core Competencies
  • Strategic account management & consultative selling.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial structuring skills.
  • Ability to build long‑term revenue pipelines.
  • Strong B2B sales & enterprise client handling experience.
  • Deep understanding of staffing, RPO, manpower outsourcing, or HTD models.
  • Excellent negotiation, proposal pitching, and closure skills.
  • Proven ability to work with CXOs, CHROs, HR Heads.
  • Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Total Earning Potential:

  • Variable / Revenue Share: 1% – 3% of net billing.
