The Head – Corporate Partnerships will be responsible for building and scaling corporate hiring associations under the Hire–Train–Deploy (HTD) model. This is a revenue-driven leadership role focused on Zero Hiring Cost / Placement-Linked hiring solutions for BFSI, IT/BPO, MNCs, and Retail enterprises.
The role demands strong enterprise selling capability, senior-level stakeholder engagement, and the ability to build long‑term hiring pipelines, not just transactional closures.
