Uniqus Consultech Inc. is seeking an Associate Director for its ARC team in Gurugram and Mumbai.

The role involves delivering high-quality accounting advisory services, maintaining senior stakeholder relationships, and mentoring the team while collaborating with Partners and Directors on business development and practice management initiatives. You will lead proposals, manage client relationships, provide technical accounting advice, and support on IFRS/US GAAP/Ind AS implementations.

Function: Accounting and Reporting Consulting (ARC)

Location: Gurugram, Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities

Uniqus is seeking professionals for our ARC team. As an Associate Director, you will work with clients toprovide high-quality accounting advisory services set out above. You will be responsible to maintain clientrelationships with senior stakeholders, work with Partner & Directors as well as mentor the team membersapart from providing support on our business development and practice management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development.
• Manage client relationships and act as a point of contact for clients.

• Technical accounting advice to clients on complex accounting issues, and conduct research onaccounting topics and prepare technical memos
• Assist clients with the implementation of new accounting standards.
• Assist clients with financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements.
• Review and analyse client financial information and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Supervise and mentor team members.
• Stay up to date on developments in accounting standards and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines,

• Apply independent and objective professional judgment in applying accounting standards to meetengagement expectations, including regulatory requirements.

Requirements

We’re looking for accounting professionals who are passionate about providing accounting and reportingconsulting to clients which includes support on technical and special matters including GAAP Conversion,accounting policy support, new accounting standard implementation (end to end), and Disclosure support forIFRS/USGAAP/Ind AS. The incumbent will work for top global clients across a wide variety of markets andindustry sectors.
