Job summary

Axtria - Ingenious Insights in Gurugram, India seeks a senior leader to steer ML and GenAI initiatives and drive business development. You will lead application builds, demos, PoCs, and accelerators, while shaping end-to-end BD processes and team expansion within Analytics and Development.

The role requires deep ML/GenAI expertise, strong cloud and web tech background, and hands-on Python/SQL work to deploy data analytics on Azure or AWS. Client interaction on GenAI use cases is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and architecting ML solutions on Azure/AWS.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, GPT.
• Deep understanding of architecture and web technologies.
• Python, SQL hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ML & GenAI space with exposure to application building.
• Drive business development in ML & GenAI space.
• Create demos, PoCs, and accelerators on GenAI.
• Own end-to-end BD process.
• Build a team of data scientists and app developers quickly.
• Contribute as IC in Analytics and Development team solving real-world problems with LLM/GenAI.
• Develop data analytics processes using Python and SQL on Azure/AWS.
• Interact with clients on GenAI capabilities and use cases.

Job Responsibilities: -

• Be a leader in ML & GenAI Space with exposure to Application building


• Should have experience in doing Business Development on ML & GenAI space


• Should have exposure in independently creating demos, PoC’s and accelerators on GenAI space


• Able to handle entire BD process of its own


• Can setup a team of smart data scientists and app developers quickly


• Be an Individual Contributor in the Analytics and Development team and solve real-world problems using cutting-edge capabilities and emerging technologies based on LLM/GenAI/GPT


• Software development experience in python is needed as backend for UI based applications


• Create Technical documents e.g., HLD/LLDs/Technical Designs etc., develop, test, and deploy data analytics processes using Python, SQL on Azure/AWS platforms


• Can interact with client on GenAI related capabilities and use cases

Qualification: -

• B-Tech or BE in Computer Science / Computer Applications from Tier 1-2 college with 10+ years of proven experience in the field of Advanced Analytics or Machine Learning

OR

• Master’s degree in Machine Learning / Statistics / Econometrics, or related discipline from Tier 1-2 college with 8+ years of experience

Must have Skills: -

• Minimum 8 years of experience in designing and architecting ML based solutions on Azure/AWS platforms


• Must have good knowledge on concepts of Generative AI / LLMs / GPT


• Deep understanding of architecture and work experience on Web Technologies


• Python, SQL hands-on experience


• Expertise in any popular python web frameworks e.g. flask, FastAPI, Django etc.


• Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, JavaScript, REACT

Skills that give you an edge: -

• Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements are a plus. With life sciences or pharma background.
