Job summary

Dezy (Smiles.ai) - Dental, made easy. Bengaluru-based role supporting clinicians in patient care, from exams and diagnosis to treatment planning with senior dentists.

You will perform procedures, assist surgeries, educate patients on oral health, maintain records, and help build relationships with clinics while staying updated on latest dental tech and implants.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions, developing treatment plans with senior dentists.
• Carry out simple dental procedures such as intraoral scans, cleanings, fillings, etc.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medical histories.
• Collaborate with the Chief General Dentist and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest dental developments, including aligners and implants, through training opportunities.
• Assist senior doctors during dental procedures and surgeries.
• Manage relationships with existing dental clinics/chains and senior dentists in the region through outreach and trade fairs.
• Call and coordinate with patients on the day of the home/partner clinic scan to ensure timely arrival.

• Treatment Procedures: Carry out simple dental procedures such as intraoral scans, cleanings, fillings, etc
• Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal dental health.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medical histories.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Chief General Dentist and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Continuing Education: Stay updated with the latest developments in dentistry, such as aligners and implants, through continuous education and training opportunities.
• Assistance in Surgeries: Assist senior doctors during dental procedures and surgeries.
• Manage and enhance relationships with existing players / dental clinic chains / senior Dentists in the region through outbound reach and participation in trade fairs.
• Call and coordinate with the patients on the day of the home/partner clinic scan to reach the location on time.
