Associate Delivery Manager, Data Warehouse (MDM/Relito)

Purpose of Job

This position entails leading client projects from conception, execution to delivery of Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW) and Master Data Management (MDM) systems, for the commercial efforts of pharmaceutical and life science firms. Additionally, this position plays a pivotal role in managing client interactions regarding existing and future Data Warehouse projects and identifies areas for future growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop approach and solution components for Data Warehouse projects to ensure methodological soundness and consistently deliver quality client services.
• Lead project teams in the design and development of MDM projects, including configuration of internal MDM platform and creation of MDM‑specific deliverables.
• Advises on strategy, team resources, and deadlines, and assumes data investigation and platform configuration tasks as necessary.
• Work with project leadership to define project scope and development approach for each project, including issue analysis and hypothesis development.
• Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Assume project management responsibilities for MDM implementation on each project with minimal supervision, managing client communication, leading meetings, drafting agendas, and managing timelines.
• Build out data processes independently or with a team.
• Act as liaison with multiple internal stakeholders globally, managing expectations and deliverables.
• Coordinate with diverse teams, including those globally.
• Utilize coding to facilitate data processing and reporting.
• Provide project leadership for team members regarding process improvements, client requests, and transition of new deliverables.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure stakeholders are kept informed, while managing project finances and client invoices.
• Assist in supporting management through employee engagement, recruiting, training, mentorship, and internal initiatives to improve team performance.
• Foster an innovative and inclusive team‑oriented work environment.
• Coach and mentor junior team members on professional development.
• Grow external client engagements, owning aspects of the relationship between the client and the firm.
• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with US‑based project managers and clients to align project goals and deliverables.

You’ll need to have

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 7 to 9 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience implementing or supporting HCP, HCO, and payer MDM or similar centralized data management solutions in the US pharmaceutical market.
• CDW experience in the US life sciences industry is strongly preferred.
• MDM experience in the life sciences industry is preferred.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, such as PowerPoint and Word; advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong coding skills in Python.
• Strong project management and people management skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of data management best practices in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly.
• Ability to thrive in an international matrix environment and willingness to support US clients during US working hours with 3‑4 hours of overlap.
