Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms using advanced programming languages, and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake)
• Develop resilient data architectures across data warehouses, lakes, and streaming environments to support enterprise analytics and reporting
• Ensure enterprise data security, governance, quality, and standardization across all data and analytics solutions
• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of analytics data products, from design and development through production support and optimization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering partners to enable business intelligence, advanced analytics, and machine learning solutions
• Mentor and guide a team of data engineers, driving best practices, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re‑assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Redshift or Kafka
• Exhaustive experience of working with Azure cloud services Data Pipelines: Designing, building, and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing (e.g., Snowflake), and ETL/ELT best practices
• Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow), CI/CD, Git, and Linux (Shell Scripting)
• Proven solid expertise in Python and/or Scala/Java
• Proven advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and performance tuning
• Proven solid communication, collaboration, and the ability to mentor junior engineers
