Job summary

Acuity Analytics is recruiting for an Associate to join its core Commercial Lending team. You will work on USA Commercial Real Estate, supporting loan originations and asset analysis for a US-based client.

The role emphasizes CRE knowledge across property types, including Multifamily, with focus on underwriting, financial statement review, and high‑quality narrative reporting. Strong Excel skills and communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in CRE or lending.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead in USA Commercial Real Estate initiatives across property types, primarily Multifamily and Commercial.
• Analyze CRE loan originations and third‑party reports (appraisal, environmental, engineering).
• Prepare Asset Summary Reports and perform guarantor analysis when needed.
• Understand credit memorandums, risk rating, and capital structuring.
• Excel proficiency is mandatory to support analysis and reporting.

Job description

We are looking for a passionate, energetic resource to join its core Commercial Lending team as Associate.

Lead in USA Commercial Real Estate. You will be part of team working as an extension to our US based client ensuring we fulfill the applicable SLA’s

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of U.S. Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry across all property types – primarily Multifamily and Commercial. Knowledge of Owner‑occupied properties and Lodging and Retail Petroleum are added advantages.
• Knowledge of spreading all Quality of Financial Statements (Tax Return/Audited/Co-prepared etc.)
• Candidate should have exposure in Underwriting Process E.g.- Loss Mitigation, Modification, Renewals etc.
• Experience in analyzing CRE loan originations, analyzing third‑party reports (appraisal, environmental, and engineering) and preparation of Asset Summary Report
• Experience in Guarantor Analysis and narrative writing is preferable.
• The candidate should possess an understanding of various market data sources like REIS and CoStar.
• Experience in end‑to‑end CRE Portfolio Monitoring activity on behalf of Commercial Banks.
• Understanding of Credit Memorandums, Risk Rating and Capital Structuring.
• Ability to inculcate the habit of self‑learning and sharing best practices.
• Should be good in Excel functions (mandatory), not VBA
• Ability to perform complex tasks with minimal support from supervisor.
