About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong KIP App Support Engineer with expertise in SharePoint Online development, Power BI reporting, enterprise collaboration platforms, and business analytics solutions. The role involves developing, supporting, and optimizing SharePoint-based collaboration portals, document management solutions, dashboards, and enterprise reporting platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, Power BI, Microsoft 365 integrations, SQL, and production support, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Operations

• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for SharePoint Online, Power BI platforms, and DMS Worksite environments
• Monitor workflows, report refreshes, application logs, alerts, and system health
• Perform incident management, RCA, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within SLA timelines
• Support deployments, migrations, environment refreshes, and release activities
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, security, and vendor teams for issue resolution
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
• Maintain SOPs, operational documentation, and knowledge repositories
• Support major incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities

SharePoint Development

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, portals, document libraries, lists, and collaboration solutions
• Manage:

• Support governance, security, retention policies, versioning, and content lifecycle management

Power BI Development

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytics solutions using:

• Configure Row-Level Security (RLS), workspace administration, and report access

Integration & Data Support

• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, connectors, and web services
• Work with JSON/XML payloads, OAuth authentication, and custom connectors
