Your Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance frameworks applicable to corporate governance and company secretarial functions. Proficient in preparing and maintaining statutory registers, minutes, and filings in line with company law requirements. Strong working knowledge of compliance processes for identifying, assessing, and remediating regulatory and governance risks.
