Responsibilities

• Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Support partner-led client interactions and relationship-building initiatives. Coordinate and participate in client meetings, workshops, and business discussions. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action trackers, and follow-up plans. Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders. Ensure timely closure of actions arising from client meetings and discussions.
• Business Development / Market Growth: Support opportunity identification and lead generation activities. Conduct market research and account intelligence for target clients. Build and maintain business development pipelines and opportunity trackers. Assist leadership in identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Coordinate meetings with prospective and existing clients to support business growth.
• Proposal / Solution Development: Develop high-quality proposals, credentials, market collateral, and client presentations. Support creation of go-to-market solutions and sector-specific offerings. Work with subject matter experts to develop compelling client value propositions. Assist in proposal management, pursuit coordination, and bid support activities.
• Executive Presentations / Storytelling: Create client-ready PowerPoint presentations and executive reports. Convert business data, market intelligence, and industry trends into actionable insights. Develop leadership presentations, dashboards, and business reviews. Support thought leadership, marketing campaigns, and practice branding initiatives.
• Strategic Support to Leadership: Work directly with the Partner and leadership team on strategic initiatives. Track key business priorities and growth objectives. Support execution of practice management and business planning activities. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
