EY India is seeking an Associate Consultant - Forensics - Discovery in Bengaluru to join the National ASU Forensics team. This role focuses on eDiscovery and data analytics within a structured forensics program.

You will work on defensible data collection, processing in Relativity One, and client-facing presentations while ensuring strict chain-of-custody compliance and collaboration across discovery engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from an accredited institution.
• Master of Engineering in Electronics or Master of Science in Data Science.
• 5+ years of experience in e-discovery and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct defensible data collection for forensic investigations.
• Perform Relativity One processing: ingestion, culling and review workflows.
• Manage eDiscovery and forensic discovery tasks with accurate chain-of-custody.
• Prepare clear client presentations and document findings in a professional format.
• Coordinate with case teams to support discovery engagements.

Your key responsibilities

• Technical Excellence: Hands-on experience in forensic collections with a strong understanding of defensible data acquisition processes.
• Proficient in Relativity One processing, including ingestion, culling, and document review workflows.
• Ability to manage eDiscovery and forensic discovery tasks with accuracy and attention to chain-of-custody requirements.
• Skilled in preparing clear client presentations and documenting findings in a structured, professional format.
• Strong client management capability to support case execution, coordination, and issue resolution across discovery engagements.

• Qualification: Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• Master of Engineering in Electronics
• Master of Science in Data Science
• Experience: e-discovery Cybersecurity (5+ years) eDiscovery
