Job summary

Sattva Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking an Associate Consultant - Corporate Advisory in Bengaluru. You will design CSR solutions, engage with corporate clients, and contribute to business development across thematic areas.

The role requires close collaboration with client offices five days a week and active stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate brings 2-4 years of project and stakeholder management experience, an understanding of development stakeholders, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of project and stakeholder management experience (social sector preferred).
• Understanding of various stakeholders in development (corporate, government, non-profit).
• Knowledge of communications and reporting is preferable.
• Working knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary, close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders using detailed work plans, governance decks, and minutes.
• Lead primary and secondary research to derive insights for solving problems.
• Contribute to problem solving and ideation using various frameworks and hypotheses.
• Monitor mid-to-large CSR programs within the portfolio.
• Document and prepare artifacts (notes, decks, databases, spreadsheets) for quality delivery.
• Create reports and tools to measure project effectiveness.
• Document learnings to build reusable knowledge from projects.
• Assist in drafting proposals after understanding project financials at a headline level.
• Support teammates and the larger organization beyond own deliverables.
• Assist in documenting learnings and creating reusable knowledge.

The Opportunity

The Associate Consultant will play a key role in designing solutions to meet CSR customer needs and drive measurable social impact. You’ll collaborate with the corporate sector in India, contributing to business development efforts and working across various thematic areas.

The candidate will be based out of the client’s office for five days/week.

In addition, the following will be the key responsibilities:

• Ensure effective and frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders through sharing detailed work plans, project governance decks, and minutes
• Lead primary and secondary research to arrive at insights required to solve problems
• Contribute to problem-solving and ideating for solutions through different frameworks, creating and validating hypotheses
• Program monitoring of mid-to-large sized programs within CSR portfolio
• Document and prepare key project artifacts notes/decks/databases/excels to ensure efficient delivery of quality client-facing products
• Create reports and tools to inform the effectiveness of the project.
• Document learnings to create reusable knowledge from the project
• Contribute to the creation of proposals after understanding project financials at a headline level
• Go beyond own deliverables to support others in the team or the larger organization where required
• Support in the documentation of learnings and potentially the creation of reusable knowledge from the project
