Job summary

Sattva Consulting is seeking an Associate Consultant, Corporate to design solutions for CSR customers and drive measurable social impact from Ahmedabad. The role involves close collaboration with client teams, contributing to business development, and working across multiple CSR themes.

You will be based at the client site up to five days a week. The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years in consulting/CSR project management, strong communication, and a postgraduate degree, with a focus on stakeholder

Responsibilities

• Create reports and tools to measure project impact.
• Document learnings to build reusable knowledge from the project.
• Assist in proposals after understanding project finances at a headline level.
• Support team and larger organization as needed.

The Opportunity

The Associate Consultant will play a key role in designing solutions to meet CSR customer needs and drive measurable social impact. You'll collaborate with the corporate sector in India, contributing to business development efforts and working across various thematic areas.

The candidate will be expected to work out of the client's office for up to five days/week.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure effective and frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders through sharing detailed work plans, project governance decks, and minutes
• Lead primary and secondary research to arrive at insights required to solve problems
• Contribute to problem-solving and ideating for solutions through different frameworks, creating and validating hypotheses
• Program monitoring of mid-to-large sized programs within CSR portfolio
• Document and prepare key project artifacts notes/decks/databases/excels to ensure efficient delivery of quality client-facing products
• Create reports and tools to inform the effectiveness of the project.
• Document learnings to create reusable knowledge from the project
• Contribute to the creation of proposals after understanding project financials at a headline level
• Go beyond own deliverables to support others in the team or the larger organization where required
• Support in the documentation of learnings and potentially the creation of reusable knowledge from the project

• Is based in Ahmedabad
• 2-4 years of work experience in consulting, CSR project management & complex operations, stakeholder management in a corporate environment or in social enterprise along with a postgraduate degree
• Efficient in time and quality management, ensuring timely and high-standard deliverables for efficient project timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, crafting clear documents and impactful presentations for effective team and client communication.
• Proficient in collecting, analyzing, researching and presenting data using various tools and methodologies to facilitate decision-making and convey insights effectively.
• Skillfully cultivates and manages relationships with strategic partners to drive collaboration and achieve mutual goals by adapting to changing project needs.
• Understanding and application of corporate social responsibility regulations and legal frameworks.
• Prioritizes achieving meaningful outcomes and measurable results, focusing efforts on creating positive social or environmental impact.
