Overview
Associate/Associate Consultant - EMEA Strategy Consulting role within Real World Commercial Solutions (RWCS). RWCS focuses on improving the life sciences ecosystem by developing evidence-based strategies used in published research, clinical guidelines, and market access decisions. The team delivers Commercial Analytics supported by proprietary data assets and uses market research techniques to support brand strategy, planning and measurement.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage multiple large and complex global consulting projects for clients in the life science industry.
- Lead project teams to provide solutions and identify additional areas to support clients to drive healthcare forward.
- Plan, organize, and manage a team for successful project completion.
- Manage stakeholders in large (multi-workstream) projects, including seniors, cross-functional teams, and clients.
- Design, structure, and deliver client reports and presentations.
- Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for follow-on work and new leads.
- Support the development of proposals and intellectual property.
- Develop broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through on-the-job experience and training.
- Coach project team members and junior staff to fulfil their objectives.
- Lead internal initiatives, such as recruitment, training, and junior development to support team growth and development.
Who You Are
- Passionate about making a difference in healthcare and life sciences with experience in Commercial Strategy Consulting projects.
- 0-4 years of experience in life science/healthcare strategy consulting, with relevant project management experience in management consulting on large or multi-project engagements.
- Experience working in sizable, multi-disciplined teams and leading employees in a management consulting environment.
- Interested in consulting in a dynamic, intellectually stimulating environment and continuing to develop expertise in healthcare.
- Good communicator with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills and strong written, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to adapt, learn quickly, and apply new knowledge.
- An effective and collaborative team worker.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; graduate degree or MBA is not required but a plus.
- Track record of leadership and people development.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Right to live and work in the recruiting country.
