Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements across Indian and international frameworks. Knowledge of Labor & Employment Laws, Environmental Laws, Occupational Health & Safety laws, and other applicable regulatory laws.
• Conduct compliance assessments to identify gaps and support remediation planning.
• Design and implement compliance frameworks aligned to business and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in policy drafting, due diligence, and business strategy advisory from a risk and controls perspective.
