Job summary

Moe's Art seeks an Associate Consultant to manage PR and client servicing for entertainment clients in Mumbai. You will formulate monthly plans, strategize for events, and cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and bloggers.

You will own client accounts, handle media interactions, prepare pitch notes, and monitor opportunities for placements while ensuring all client documentation is accurate and delivered on time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in PR preferably in the Entertainment sector who has the understanding of Business of Entertainment, OTT / Films / Event space
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of the local market and media landscape

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients for PR and client servicing
  • Serve as the primary representative of the firm to clients, media, and vendor partners
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and media contacts
  • Take full ownership of client accounts and stay informed on client details
  • Handle media interactions, prepare pitch notes, monitor opportunities for placements
  • Review and finalize client documentation including press releases, plans, and reports with supervisor
  • Ensure deadlines and client deliverables are met
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates
  • Stay informed about industry developments to enhance engagements
  • Represent client and firm in interactions with media and influencers
  • Analyze media trends to identify opportunities for exposure
  • Monitor media coverage and track results
  • Conduct regular outreach to media/influencers and build relationships
  • Ensure high-quality client documentation during all steps
  • Develop content like press releases, press notes, snippets, lists, speeches
  • Reflect brand messaging accurately

We're seeking an Associate Consultant to manage the public relations and client servicing for Entertainment clients. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day operations for your clients - Formulate and implement monthly plans, strategize for events and activities, and cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and bloggers.

  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients with confidence and maturity.
  • Serve as the primary representative of the firm to clients, media, and vendor partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and media contacts.
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, ensuring you are fully informed on all relevant client details.
  • Handle media interactions, prepare pitch notes, and proactively monitor opportunities for client placements
  • Review and finalize all client documentation, including press releases, plans, and reports, in collaboration with your supervisor.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all deadlines and client deliverables.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and insights through various channels.
  • Stay well-informed about industry developments that impact clients and use this knowledge to enhance client engagements.
Media & Influencer Relations:
  • Represent both the client and the firm in all interactions with media and influencers.
  • Analyze trends in traditional and digital media to identify new opportunities for client exposure.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage of your clients, ensuring comprehensive tracking.
  • Conduct regular outreach to media and influencers, fostering positive relationships.
Documentation:
  • Ensure all client documentation is of the highest quality and free of errors.
  • Develop content ranging from press releases, press notes, press snippets, listicles, spokesperson’s responses, speeches, authored articles based on and accurately reflecting the brand’s editorial messaging, objective, brand image, services, and offerings
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field

0 to 1 year of experience in PR preferably in the Entertainment sector who has the understanding of Business of Entertainment, OTT / Films / Event space

Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
