Associate Cloud Manager

Full Time position located in Bengaluru, India.

Relevant Experience 10+ years

• Deep experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP (or hybrid/private clouds), including designing scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud environments.
• Oversight of cloud service orchestration—provisioning, automation, monitoring, cost control, disaster recovery, cross-cloud governance, and lifecycle operations.
• Strong command over VPC/VNet setup, IAM, encryption, regulatory compliance (like GDPR, HIPAA), and incident response workflows.
• Leading cloud projects with agile methodologies, continuous delivery, and releasing them end-to-end.
• Leading cloud teams, mentoring senior engineers, shaping culture, and steering architectural decisions.
• Driving continuous improvement and managing change, especially amidst emerging technologies such as AI or DevOps practices.
• Bridging technical and business domains, managing vendor relations, and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Applying structured analysis to diagnose and resolve critical infrastructure, performance, and operational challenges.
