Job summary

Singularity AMC is seeking an Associate – Client Relations in Mumbai to manage and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, UHNI, and family offices. You will serve as the main point of contact, provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback to enhance client experience.

In this role, you will identify opportunities for upselling within existing accounts, collaborate with sales and product teams, and prepare reports analyzing client interactions and key metrics to drive

Qualifications

• A post–graduate with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in the Wealth Management industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and provide effective solutions.
• Ability to present opportunities for supporting sales.
• Organizing and time management skills are very important.
• Proficient in using Excel, Word & PPT tools.

Responsibilities
