The role offers exposure to IPO readiness initiatives, CFO advisory engagements, and enhancements of reporting frameworks. Strong CA fundamentals, IFRS/Ind AS knowledge, and advanced Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to support financial reporting, IPO readiness initiatives, and CFO advisory engagements. The role offers exposure to high-impact finance projects, including transformation of financial processes, strengthening reporting frameworks, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS). Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Assist in consolidation, variance analysis, and preparation of management reports (MIS).

Audit & Compliance

• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Assist in preparation of audit schedules and resolution of audit queries.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred).
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Zoho, SAP, Tally, etc.).
• Familiarity with financial modeling and reporting tools is an advantage.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in financial reporting, Statutory Audit, Finance Operations.
• Prior experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
