Job summary

JPMorganChase in Bengaluru, India, seeks an Associate Category Sourcing Manager (Market Data) to lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting for third‑party Market Data spend, including trading platforms, pricing services, research subscriptions and broker services.

You will build strong internal partnerships with Commercial & Investment Bank and Asset & Wealth Management, conduct supplier due diligence, run competitive sourcing, and negotiate commercial terms in line with policy and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end sourcing and contracting for third-party supplier spend across Market Data and related services within a line of business.
• Build stakeholder partnerships with senior executives and teams (including Market Data Services and Global Reference Data) to understand business drivers and third-party requirements.
• Support vendor rationalization efforts across the Commercial & Investment Bank and Asset & Wealth Management.
• Drive channel compliance across the vendor landscape and help ensure contracted goods/services can be obtained efficiently and cost-effectively on a global basis
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for significant transactions aligned to Global Supplier Services (GSS) strategic priorities.
• Conduct supplier due diligence and partner with clients and stakeholders to define sourcing requirements.
• Assess supplier offerings and develop/present sourcing options that meet JPMorgan Chase business requirements.
• Lead negotiations and contract development through approval and execution in partnership with internal control functions.
• Maintain adherence to policy and procedural guidelines for sourcing and contracting activities, while partnering with regional teams on local, regional, and global sourcing initiatives as needed.
• Support SLA compliance by collaborating with internal partners and client teams to ensure selected vendors meet service expectations.
• Perform cost and spend analysis to develop savings initiatives and identify cost reduction opportunities.
