Job summary

Befree, based in Gandhinagar, India, is seeking an Associate for its AU client services. You will handle statutory and tax audits, prepare tax returns, and support Australian taxation processes within a dynamic global delivery setup.

Experience in Australian taxation is a plus. This role offers exposure to international clients and cross-border accounting workloads, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork. Training and growth within the team are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in statutory and tax audits.
• Preparation of tax returns for clients.
• Experience or exposure to Australian taxation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work in Australian Accounting and Taxation process.
• Involved in end-to-end process for taxation requirements of clients, including lodgment of Tax with relevant authorities.
• Preparation of Financial Statements, Reports and Tax returns.
• Reviewing the Finalization of Accounts.
• Handle work in a team setting.
• Opportunity to train and share knowledge in own team and groom other teams in this area
• Work flexibly to meet the business requirements, as and when required
• Opportunity to deal and communicate with the International client & authorities
