Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor's degree in Information Systems with 2–5 years of experience.
• Proficient in SAFe and agile practices.

• Experience with Jira for managing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders on the Field Analytics product team within the Commercial Data & Analytics, focused on US operations.
• Interact with business clients and technology management to create roadmaps, build cases, and drive DevOps to achieve the roadmaps.
• Mature Agile practices through consistent user story development, testing and quality oversight, and focus on user experience.
• Connect and understand data sources into dashboards/reports for executives, brand leads, account managers, and field reps.
• Lead subject matter expert in Reporting and Incentive Compensation capabilities by researching and implementing new tools and features.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders on the Field Analytics product team within the Commercial Data & Analytics organization, focused on operations within the United States
• Interact with business clients and technology management to create technology roadmaps, build cases, and drive DevOps to achieve the roadmaps
• Help to mature Agile operating principles through deployment of creative and consistent practices for user story development, robust testing and quality oversight, and focus on user experience
• Ability to connect and understand our vast array Commercial and other functional data sources including Sales, Activity, and Digital data, etc. into consumable and user-friendly modes (e.g., dashboards, reports, mobile, etc.) for key decision makers such as executives, brand leads, account managers, and field representatives.
• Become the lead subject matter expert in Reporting and Incentive Compensation capabilities by researching and implementing new tools and features, internal and external methodologies

Basic Qualifications and Experience ( TBD for AIN )

• Master’s OR bachelor's degree with 2 to 5 years of experience in Information Systems experience

Must-Have Skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges in data and analytics with technology
• Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to influence based on data and business value
• Has experience with writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems such as Jira
• Ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical clients

Good-to-Have Skills

• Understanding of software systems strategy, governance, and infrastructure
• Experience in managing product features for PI planning and developing product roadmaps and user journeys
• Strong understanding of sales and incentive compensation value streams
• Familiarity with low-code, no-code test automation software and basic SQL & Python programming
• Experience of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery methodology

Soft Skills

• Able to work effectively across multiple geographies (primarily India, Portugal, and the United States) under minimal supervision
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication in English language

• S3 or equivalent storage system
• AWS (similar cloud-based platforms)
• BI Tools (Tableau and Power BI preferred)
