Job summary

NNE in Bangalore is seeking an Associate BIM Engineer to join the BIM Design team within the FD PM Building Installations. You will contribute to detailed 3D models and 2D designs across architecture, structure, HVAC, and building services, supporting sustainable pharma facility design.

Candidates should have a degree in Architectural or Civil, 3–4 years of experience, and hands-on knowledge of Navisworks. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, take ownership of tasks, and help

• Sheet creation and ability to create floor plans, sections, elevations.
• Schedule generation.
• Understand basic Architectural model elements like walls, floors, roofs, ceilings, doors, windows, louvers, Staircase, railings.
• Clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute well-defined regular tasks within BIM Architecture area.
• Active involvement in the work which is a part of a team effort.
• Ownership of the work before sharing with seniors for review.
• Capable of independent tasks with guidance from seniors.
• Apply broad theoretical knowledge to real-life BIM design scenarios.
• Take initiative, prioritize, and plan to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities Within BIM Design

Working within the BIM Design team under the FD PM Building Installations area, you play a pivotal role in supporting Facility Design. This involves creating detailed 3D models and 2D designs that encompass architecture, structure, HVAC and building utilities, as well as building and process electrical systems.
