• Checking the loan disbursement files given by the banks.
• Analyzing customer product needs based on leads.
• Providing policy quotations to the banks.
• Filling proposal forms after agreement of quotations.
• Handing over the proposal form to operations for policy issuance.
• Coordinating with the operations team for policy issuance.
• Attending to customers' queries and maintaining bank partnerships.
• Providing end-to-end solutions to Banca partners.
• Responsible for achieving targets through banca partners.

• Filling proposal forms after agreement of quotations and collecting all required documents.
• Handing over the proposal form to the operations department for policy issuance.
• Coordinating with the operations team for policy issuance.
• Attending to customers' queries, visiting partnered banks regularly and maintaining relationships with bank staff.
• Providing end‑to‑end solutions to Banca partners, thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met.
• Responsible for achieving top line targets through banca partners.
