Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end SDLC activities: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Participate in architecture discussions, HLDs/LLDs, and technical decisions.
• Ensure code quality via reviews, unit tests, and best practices.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analyses.
• Design and develop GenAI solutions using LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Integrate OpenAI/Azure OpenAI/Claude/Gemini/Bedrock and optimize prompts.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead/Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications while leveraging GenAI frameworks, LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agent-based solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end software delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building scalable AI-powered solutions on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

SDLC & Engineering

• Drive end-to-end SDLC activities including requirement gathering, effort estimation, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Participate in architecture discussions, HLDs, LLDs, and technical decision-making.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best engineering practices.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.

Generative AI

• Design and develop GenAI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.
• Develop AI Agents and Agentic workflows.
• Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Bedrock.
• Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization techniques.
• Work with vector databases and semantic search solutions.
• Build scalable AI services and APIs for enterprise applications.

Architecture & Cloud

• Design scalable microservices and distributed systems.
