The Role

As an Associate Architect – Java , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing Java-based solutions. You will work closely with development teams, architects, business stakeholders, and clients to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

You will also provide technical guidance to engineering teams, contribute to architecture decisions, and ensure that solutions follow industry best practices for quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Java and Spring Boot .
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.
• Define application architecture, integration patterns, technology choices, and technical standards.
• Design and develop microservices-based and cloud-ready applications .
• Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution documentation.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to architecture, performance, and scalability.

2. Java Development & Technical Leadership

• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Java development projects.
• Develop and review applications using Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and REST APIs .
• Apply appropriate object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles .
• Conduct code and technical design reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and drive root-cause resolution.
