Job summary

Nuveen is seeking an Associate for Cash Reconciliation & Fund Management in Mumbai. The role focuses on bank reconciliation for 600+ bank accounts and supports fund transfers and journal entries.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial records and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in cash reconciliation, experience with multi-account bank reconciliations, and familiarity with KYCs and signing authorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cash reconciliation.
• Experience with bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
• Knowledge of fund transfers and ledger entries.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile 600+ bank accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Process fund transfers and post related entries to the general ledger.
• Assist with KYCs for banks and manage signing authorities.

• The team is also responsible to manage the fund transfer basis the requirement
• make accounting entries for fund transfers and breaks between Bank and General ledger
• The team is also managing KYCs for banks and maintain the signing authorities
