SG Oasis in Mumbai is seeking an Associate Advocate with 3–5 years' experience in a law firm, focusing on property transactions, title due diligence, drafting, and structuring deals. Location: BKC, Mumbai.

You will handle draftings like sale agreements, conveyance deeds, and debt fund documents, and coordinate with clients and lenders for financial closure. Knowledge of RERA, IBC, and real estate laws is desirable. Working days Monday–Saturday; salary 7–8 LPA negotiable.

Qualifications

• LLB or equivalent with valid bar registration.
• 3–5 years in law firm handling property transactions.
• Strong drafting, vetting and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Draft/Review Sale Agreements, Conveyance Deed, Development and Lease documents.
• Draft/Review Debt Fund Transaction documents: Mortgage, Pledge, Shareholders Agreement.
• Discuss with clients/lenders for financial closure and document finalization.
• Basic knowledge of RERA Registration and drafting RERA complaints.
• Basic knowledge of IBC/Corporate/Real Estate laws, RBI regulations.
• Knowledge of redevelopment schemes (SRA/Tenant/Society/Township).
• Good drafting, vetting and communication skills.

Please find below the details for the post of Associate - Advocate in one of the leading law firm in Mumbai

Position : Associate Advocate

Location : BKC in Mumbai

Education : LLB

Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 years in law firm having experience in property transaction viz. title due diligence, drafting documents, structuring transaction, implication of stamp duty, registration, etc.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Drafting/reviewing various documents like Agreement for Sale, Conveyance Deed, Development Agreement, Agreement to Lease, Deed of Assignment, Lease Deed, Leave & Licence Agreements, Escrow Agreements, Power of Attorney.
2. Drafting/Reviewing various documents pertaining to Debt Fund Transaction for Project / Private Equity Transaction, Deed of Mortgage, Pledge of Shares, Deposit of Title Deeds, Shareholders Agreement, etc.
3. Discussing and deliberating with clients/lender for getting financial closure and finalising relevant documents.
4. Basic knowledge of RERA Registration, drafting of RERA Complaints.
5. Basic knowledge of IBC/Corporate Laws/Real Estate Laws/FDI/RBI Regulations
6. Basic knowledge of various redevelopment/development schemes SRA/Tenant/Society/Township, etc.
7. Good drafting, vetting and communication skills required

Working days : Monday to Saturday

Timings : Monday to Friday - 11 am to 8 pm

Saturday - 11 am to 4 pm

Package : 7.00 LPA to 8.00 LPA (Negotiable)
