Job summary

Affinity Global in Mumbai seeks an FP&A Analyst to support management reporting, business finance partnering, and cost management. The role will work closely with Finance and Business teams to deliver actionable insights, improve reporting automation, and support strategic decision-making.

The position will prepare recurring management reports and Power BI dashboards, track KPIs, and drive automation of MIS and reporting processes to improve efficiency and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• CA (inter) or MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• 2–3 years FP&A or Business Finance experience.
• Strong Power BI experience including dashboards, data modelling, and visualization.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring management reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Prepare monthly Business Unit P&Ls.
• Track KPIs including revenue, direct costs, margins, GMV, revenue per employee, collection trends.
• Monitor operating costs and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Perform profitability and Budget vs Actual variance analysis.
• Drive automation of recurring MIS and reporting processes using Power BI and Excel.
• Develop and enhance dashboards to improve reporting efficiency and data-driven decision making.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and business reporting requirements.

Role Summary

We are seeking a FP&A Analyst to support management reporting, business finance partnering, and cost management. The role will work closely with Finance and Business teams to deliver actionable insights, improve reporting automation, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring management reports and interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Prepare monthly Business Unit P&Ls.
• Track KPIs including revenue, direct costs, margins, GMV, revenue per employee, commission %, collections, and payment trends.
• Monitor operating costs across business units and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Perform profitability and Budget vs Actual variance analysis.
• Drive automation of recurring MIS and reporting processes using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.
• Develop and enhance dashboards to improve reporting efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and business reporting requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA (inter)/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A or Business Finance.
• Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modelling, and visualisation
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
