Roles & Responsibilities

1. Ensure all process tasks are completed
2. Respond to data queries and provide support to stakeholders
3. Ensure self and team is escalating critical issues to Department Head/Lead thereby ensuring a seamless process flow
4. Provide ideas to remove complexity and increase productivity by process improvement/lean processes.
5. Contribute actively in documenting procedures and work instructions.
6. Ensure data integrity and strict adherence to SLAs
7. Own, coordinate and delegate work as required
8. Work across functions to identify root cause to breaks and contribute to find resolutions Reconciliation, KYC opening

Must have

Experience in Investment Banking and account maintenance and account Administration.

Good to have

1. Exp in Audit and quality work.
2. Knowledge of various market asset classes
3. Knowledge of using Excel, Word and PPT
