Job summary

HMH in Pune is seeking a Content Delivery Lead I to manage planning, organization, and execution of online professional services content. This hands‑on role prepares and quality‑checks content, manages files and media, and ensures work moves through established workflows.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 3+ years in digital content production, and strong QA, organizational, and communication skills, with experience across Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content production, EdTech product delivery, operations, project coordination, or related field.
• Working knowledge of production and workflow tools across Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Articulate Rise, and Brightcove.
• Strong problem‑solving and QA skills, including the ability to diagnose delivery issues, follow processes, and know when to elevate.
• Strong organizational, written communication, and follow‑through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, manage assigned work independently with limited direction, and communicate risks early.
• Ability to lead or coordinate small projects with a clearly defined scope.

Responsibilities

• Creating, maintaining, and organizing content libraries, including active and archived data and assets, and preparing files, media, and metadata for production readiness.
• Supporting delivery tooling and workflow management across Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365; maintaining accurate trackers, boards, documentation, and status information.
• Conducting detailed quality assurance checks and making trained corrections using tools such as Articulate Rise; validating links, media playback in Brightcove, accessibility, formatting, and functional interactions.

The Content Delivery Lead I supports the planning, organization, and execution of production activities for online professional services content. This hands‑on role independently prepares and quality‑checks content, manages files and media, maintains production tooling, and keeps assigned work moving through established workflows. Success is defined by accurate, high‑quality delivery assets, strong attention to detail, timely follow‑through, and early identification of risks and technical issues.

Responsibilities include:

40-60% of your time will include:

• Creating, maintaining, and organizing content libraries, including active and archived data and assets, and preparing files, media, and metadata for production readiness.
• Supporting delivery tooling and workflow management across Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365; maintaining accurate trackers, boards, documentation, and status information.
• Conducting detailed quality assurance checks and making trained corrections using tools such as Articulate Rise; validating links, media playback in Brightcove, accessibility, formatting, and functional interactions.

25-35% of your time will include:

• Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve production processes, templates, documentation, and individual workflows, including appropriate use of AI tools to increase productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Preparing and maintaining clear documentation and knowledge-sharing materials, so processes and production standards are consistent and repeatable.

15-25% of your time will include:

• Technical Diagnostics: identify defects, errors, and delivery issues during QA and production readiness checks; diagnose issues across tools, workflows, and platforms; independently resolve common issues; partner with Senior Delivery Leads and Engineering to validate fixes; verify resolutions; and elevate complex problems appropriately.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content production, EdTech product delivery, operations, project coordination, or related field.
• Working knowledge of production and workflow tools, with experience learning and working across multiple platforms such as Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Articulate Rise, and Brightcove.
• Strong problem‑solving and QA skills, including the ability to diagnose common delivery issues, follow established processes, and know when to elevate.
• Strong organizational, written communication, and follow‑through skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established timelines independently.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, manage assigned work independently with limited day‑to‑day direction, and communicate risks or blockers early.
• Ability to lead or coordinate small projects with a clearly defined scope.

Knowledge and Skills (General and Technical):

• Thorough understanding of digital content production, file management, metadata, and quality assurance principles.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail, follow‑through, and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and demonstrated ability to work across multiple business and content platforms.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Smartsheet, including maintaining boards, trackers, and production status information.
• Familiarity with Lean & Agile practices.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Confluence, Articulate Rise, Brightcove, and related content or business systems.
• Familiarity with project management and agile delivery principles.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot delivery issues across tools, workflows, content, media, and dependencies.
• Ability to use AI tools appropriately to improve productivity, documentation, QA, and production workflows.
