HSBC India seeks an experienced professional to own and strengthen the Global Treasury Stress Testing 1 Line of Defense controls framework. You will set governance, lead issue management, and enhance controls processes and tooling (Helios/Appian) for audit/regulator readiness.
You will coordinate with Stress Testing, Finance Controls, and Internal Audit; drive evidence packs, control testing, and continuous improvement across regions while coaching colleagues to uplift controls ownership.

Own and strengthen the Global Treasury Stress Testing 1 Line of Defense controls framework by setting consistent governance, assurance and evidence standards across regions; drive disciplined issue/event management through to sustainable “Path to Green” closure; lead Non-Financial Risk Management meetings and climate risk controls uplift; and maintain/enhance controls processes and tooling (including Helios/Appian) to improve MI, data quality and operational efficiency while remaining audit/regulator ready.
