Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Program Lead.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Lead specializing in Digital Delivery. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing end-to-end program management, governance ensuring the seamless coordination between client, cross product teams within our organization.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end program management – Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of Data & Analytics Program.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between multiple stakeholders – APM (Analytics Product Manager).
• Data
• Facilitate the adoption of the SAFe framework, guiding teams through the transition to agile methodologies.
• Maintains close awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application for service offerings and products.
• Work with architect and lead engineers for solutions to meet functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Strong knowledge of the Scrum framework (Rally) and Agile principles.
• Implement robust governance processes to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Monitor and report on program progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively address any issues (Technical, Functional, Other) that may arise during the implementation phase.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and other departments to ensure program objectives align with business requirements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, serving as the single point of contact to facilitate cross‑functional and technological support.
• Driving Leadership Reviews, weekly review calls and report outs.
• Critical issue handling, incident management.
• Brings industry experience and incorporates best practices in our ways of working.
• Work as a business partner to evaluate, simplify, and improve business processes. This includes providing clear plans, program deck status and leadership communication.
• Managing project risks, scope changes and other non‑standard events throughout the life of the project.
• Experience in tracking project outcomes realization through established metrics.
• Ensure lessons learned are collected and documented.
• Must have flexibility to work globally and schedule meetings with stakeholders in all poles (North America, Europe, Asia).

Minimum Qualifications

• Technical degree and MBA preferred.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Experienced as Technical Program Manager on agile strategic Programs.
• Ability to create a plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Facilitation skills – oral and written communication.
