Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance seeks an Assistant Vice President for Distribution Planning & Program Management in Mumbai. The role coordinates with sales leaders to drive BI dashboards, compliance, and bancassurance execution while aligning multiple stakeholders across the Retail Business Group.

The incumbent will manage MIS, automate dashboards, and support senior management with actionable insights from data. This position is based in Mumbai and requires strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Management Information System and provide insights and analyze the data.
• Prepare Daily/Monthly Dashboard and initiate in automating them.
• Assist the central team and sales channel in creating powerful dashboards to be shown to the Senior Management.
• Coordinate between the various teams involved and ensuring alignment between multiple stakeholders including the Key Accounts Manager, National Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager.
• Processes are following the required compliance and adherence requirements.
• Bancassurance strategy & execution.
• Maintain relationships with various sales channels and other internal customers.
• Support the organization by executing the programs and initiatives of the company.
