Job Position

AVP / Director / GM / AGM – Product Management (Software Product / AI Health Product as SaaS)

Responsibilities

• Lead product management for AI Health and SaaS products at the global Delhi HQ, India.
• Build and execute product strategy for B2B, B2B2C and B2C markets worldwide.
• Develop clinical application materials, product marketing assets, presentations and pre‑sales materials.
• Launch products and train large customer bases including hospitals, corporates and consumers in Oncology, Diabetes, Heart, and Chronic Diseases.
• Operate as an entrepreneurial, first‑doer leader with limited resources.
• Present and pitch to specialty doctors, corporate clients, and top‑line decision makers.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharma / B.Tech in Physical or Life Sciences or Technology.
• Optional MBA in Product Management, Software Product / Service / Solutions.

Experience

• 4‑13 years’ experience leading product organization for healthcare technology, SaaS, AI Health, or digital health.
• Hands‑on experience in product launching, education, and training to B2B, B2B2C, and B2C customers.
• Experience in oncology, diabetes, heart, and chronic disease areas.

Location

Delhi NCR, India – Global HQ and R&D center.

Compensation

Best package in the industry, total CTC up to one crore annually with potential ESOPs.
