AVP / Director / GM / AGM – Product Management (Software Product / AI Health Product as SaaS) – Global Digital Health | AI Health Startup. Based in Global Delhi HQ, India.

Job Description, Role, and Responsibility

1. Leverage a leadership role as AVP/Director/GM/AGM in Product Management for Software Product / AI Health Products SaaS. Must have hands‑on experience in B2B, B2B2C, and B2C markets in India and other global markets, overseeing clinical application materials across all stages for cancer and chronic diseases, developing product marketing materials, product presentations, pre‑sales, product launch, pitch presentations to specialty doctors in hospitals across Digital Health and Healthcare industry.

2. Must be an entrepreneur and have experience working in a health tech / healthcare organization of repute in early‑stage / growth‑stage Digital Health / Health Startup / fast‑growing health tech / healthcare organization.

3. Must be a first‑doer, direct performer, and high achiever capable of working with limited resources, with strong medical product and solutions management capability: product launching, product education and training to large customer base (B2B, B2B2C) such as doctors, hospitals, corporate clients, and B2C consumer market in India and globally in oncology, diabetes, heart, chronic disease areas. Must manage subscription business models (SaaS Cloud Platform) for B2B, B2B2C, or B2C in Digital Health or HealthTech/Healthcare, and present pitch and seminars to top‑line doctors and clients.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / M.Sc / MS / B.Pharma / B.Tech from reputable institutes in physical science, life science, or technology background; MBA in Product Management (Software Product / Service / Solutions) is optional.

Experience

• 4–13 years of hardcore experience representing a Healthcare Technology Product organization on a day‑to‑day basis with cutting‑edge innovative new Healthcare Technology / Digital Health / AI Health, showing strong medical product and solutions management capability, including product launching, education, training to large customer base across B2B, B2B2C and B2C markets in India, globally, in oncology, diabetes, heart, chronic diseases, across digital health products, medical device, IT healthcare products, and subscription SaaS models.
