Role Summary

The assistant vice president of agentic AI solutions supports the design, implementation, and optimization of AI solutions using autonomous agents to enhance process efficiency, decision‑making, and customer experience. This role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI‑driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Opportunity Assessment: Assist in evaluating client use cases to identify opportunities for deploying agentic AI solutions, such as workflow automation and decision agents.
  • Architectural Support: Contribute to the design of multi‑agent architectures and decision‑flow logic for autonomous operations.
  • Integration Assistance: Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate integration of solutions into client systems like enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and Helpdesk platforms.
  • Proof‑of‑Concept Development: Support the development of proof‑of‑concepts and pilot implementations to validate business impact.
  • Performance Monitoring: Help monitor and evaluate agent performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy and latency.
  • Compliance Support: Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and ethical AI guidelines.
  • Documentation Creation: Assist in creating client‑facing technical documentation and training materials.
