Job summary

IndiaFirst Life in Mumbai suburbs seeks a Social Media Manager to own the brand’s social channels, content calendar, and campaigns. You will collaborate with Brand, Product, HR, and Sales to gather inputs and ensure timely execution of topical content and always-on communications.

You will work hands-on with major platforms, ORM tools, social listening, and analytics to drive insights and optimize performance, while coordinating with Compliance and Legal to approve content before publishing.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Brand Communication or Online
• Reputation Management experience or interest
• Experience in agency management and stakeholder coordination is a plus
• Experience in BFSI / Insurance / Banking / Financial Services is preferred
• Hands-on experience of social media platforms is a must
• Act as the primary SPOC for the social media agency, managing all communications and briefs
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs for content and campaigns
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns and always-on communication
• Ensure content approvals with Compliance and Legal teams

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms
• Knowledge of ORM tools, social listening, and sentiment analysis is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from reports and dashboards.
• Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in BFSI.
• Proficiency in reporting and documentation.
