A leading company in the stationery industry is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager AND Sales Executive to manage and grow sales in the Uttar Pradesh region. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Pen/Stationery trade, strong distributor network, and buyer engagement skills. This role involves managing relationships, growing sales, and coordinating with local distributors for optimal operations. A proactive approach with long-term growth commitment is essential.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory experience working with PEN and/or Stationery products in the trade/distribution industry.
  • Comfortable with reporting and coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales across Allahabad, Banaras, Kanpur, Gorakhpur and Agra.
  • Appoint Super Stockists in the territory (where needed).
  • Work directly with local distributors to ensure smooth operations and target achievement.
  • Identify and onboard new clients in the pen trade.

Saraju Agriways Exports Pvt. Ltd. (ORION Pen) is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager AND Sales Executive to manage and grow sales across the important Uttar Pradesh region. We need a dedicated individual with mandatory experience in the Pen/Stationery trade and distribution.

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Field-based Role
  • Industry: Writing Instruments | Distribution | Sales
  • Location Preference: Allahabad | Banaras | Kanpur | Agra | Gorakhpur (Must be based in or willing to relocate to one of these cities).
Role & responsibilities
  • Manage and grow sales across Allahabad, Banaras, Kanpur, Gorakhpur and Agra.
  • Appoint Super Stockists in the territory (where needed).
  • Work directly with local distributors to ensure smooth operations and target achievement.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing buyers.
  • Identify and onboard new clients in the pen trade.
  • Share market insights with the central team.

Report regularly to the Sales Manager and Coordinator at the head office.
