Job summary

JLL in Bhubaneswar, Odisha is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (Process + Line) to oversee mechanical systems on construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with codes and standards.

You will review drawings, manage subcontractors, monitor budgets and schedules, and participate in commissioning and handover, applying HVAC and plumbing expertise to deliver reliable building services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager with focus on mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical building systems.
• Familiarity with building codes and industry standards.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project).

Overview:

As an Engineer specializing in Mechanical systems at JLL, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the mechanical aspects of construction projects. You'll ensure that all mechanical installations and systems meet quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
