Role Description

The Assistant Professor (Electrical Engineering) will be responsible for delivering undergraduate and postgraduate lectures, conducting tutorials, and guiding laboratory sessions in core electrical engineering subjects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, developing lesson plans, assessing student performance, and providing academic mentoring. The role also involves engaging in research activities, contributing to curriculum development, participating in departmental meetings, and supporting accreditation and quality assurance processes. The Assistant Professor will collaborate with colleagues on academic projects, supervise student projects, and contribute to seminars, workshops, and industry outreach initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based at CT Group of Institutions in Jalandhar.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong foundational and applied knowledge in Electrical Engineering, including core concepts and laboratory practices.
• Candidates should possess relevant expertise in Power Systems and related areas such as energy distribution, protection, and grid technologies.
• Candidates should possess knowledge in Robotics and control systems, with the ability to integrate modern automation and intelligent systems into teaching and projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Computer Science applications relevant to electrical engineering, such as programming, simulations, and computational tools.
