Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses in the BCA program, including foundational and applied courses in Computer Science and Computer Applications.

• Contribute to course planning, curriculum development, and quality improvement of the program.
• Organize and participate in activities as required by the department, institute or university.

Skill set

Strong knowledge of core Computer Science and Computer Applications, including programming, data structures, databases, operating systems, software engineering, and modern computing tools. Expertise in one or more specialized or emerging areas of Computer Science: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Cybersecurity. Understanding of pedagogical principles that enhance student engagement and performance and ability to apply them in the classroom. Experience and interest in building software using modern software engineering tools is desirable. Research aptitude and willingness to perform studies and publish in reputed journals and conferences. Good communication, presentation and classroom engagement skills.
